Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: January 30, 2026
1. Introduction
At Unsaid, the safety and protection of children is our highest priority. We are deeply committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform and maintaining a safe environment for all users.
Unsaid is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our services. This age restriction is a fundamental part of our commitment to child safety.
These Child Safety Standards outline our policies, procedures, and commitment to combating CSAE. We have established these standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws, protect children from exploitation, and provide transparency about how we address child safety concerns on our platform.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy

Unsaid employs multiple layers of protection to detect and respond to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other forms of child exploitation on our platform.
4.1 Automated Detection
We utilize industry-standard automated hash-matching technology, including PhotoDNA, to detect known CSAM. This technology compares images and videos uploaded to our platform against databases of known child sexual abuse material. When a match is detected, the content is immediately flagged for review and action.
4.2 NCMEC Reporting
In compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), Unsaid reports all detected or reported instances of apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). These reports are submitted through the CyberTipline and include all relevant information to assist in investigations.
4.3 Account Termination
Any user account found to be associated with CSAM or child exploitation activities is immediately and permanently terminated. This action is taken without warning and is irreversible. Terminated users are prohibited from creating new accounts on our platform.
